Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • Once your order leaves our premises, ownership and risk pass to you (the customer).

  • Luna Vine does not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items in transit.

Incorrect Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.
