Refund policy

At Luna Vine (“we,” “us,” or “our”), all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any items once purchased. By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. All other returns, including change of mind, are strictly not accepted.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at lunavine713@gmail.com.

  • Evaluation: We will evaluate your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement item. Returns or replacements will only be processed after prior approval from Luna Vine. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed. If a replacement is approved for damaged or incorrect items, it will be processed at our discretion.


4. European Union & Mandatory Consumer Rights

If you reside in the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU law. In such cases, Luna Vine will comply with applicable legal obligations. Outside of these legal requirements, all purchases remain final and non-refundable.
